I had an incredible experience at Lawrence Rehab and Healthcare Center. Upon my arrival, I did not know what to expect, as the thought of needing rehab had never crossed my mind before. I was admittedly confused and just wanted to change my gown and freshen up. However, from the moment I entered, I was greeted warmly by the staff, and one person stood out to me – Ebony, my aide. Ebony went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. She not only cleaned me up and helped me bathe but also took care of changing my gown with such care and attention to detail. Her dedication truly made a difference in my stay. I wholeheartedly give Lawrence Rehab and Healthcare Center a perfect 5-star rating. I chose this facility because of its excellent reputation, as my family had positive experiences with St. Lawrence Rehab. I came from Robert Wood Johnson Hospital with a diagnosis of spinal stenosis in the Lumbar region with neurogenic claudication. I also had my sutures removed and Steri-Strips put in place. I am thrilled to report that I am doing well and eagerly anticipate going home soon. The therapy I received here was exceptional. The therapists were not only kind but also highly motivated and skilled in their work. Thanks to their efforts, I regained my ability to walk without assistance and regained independence in tasks such as using the bathroom. However, the true highlight of my stay was Ebony, whose exceptional care and compassion had a lasting impact on me. I am deeply grateful for her above-and-beyond attitude. Overall, my experience at Lawrence Rehab and Healthcare Center was nothing short of excellent, and I would not hesitate to give it 5-stars.
